A specialized consultant for twenty-six years in the areas of developing strategies (thinking, analysis, planning and management), solutions for managing and developing human resources, applying institutional excellence, and enabling innovation and institutional transformation.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Jordan, a Master’s degree (applied) in the development of management within multiculturalism from Spain, and a diploma in developing the relationship between governments and civil non-governmental organizations from the University of Glasgow. He trained for a long time in Tokyo, Japan on training skills and designing training systems for specialists.
Mr. Laith Al-Alami is an administration expert and a certified international professional trainer, possess a strong background covering 18 years of diverse experience in sales development, customer service, organizational capacity building and executive management development.
Mr. Alami is currently working as an Executive Director-Board Member in Jordanian Lebanese for Central Gas Co. (Jordan- Lebanon) (Oil & Gas Sector).
Participated in and delivered several train of trainers workshops locally and regionally, interpersonal skills training, his strong points in training stem from his professional background and effective capability of dealing with all kinds of personalities, he is currently a freelance trainer and facilitator.
Mr. Alami holds a B.Sc.in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technologist). Holding multiple professional certifications from the leading institutes in the fields of training, sales and customer service management.
